Der <b>Kuala Lumpur International Airport<\/b> (KLIA) ist der Hauptflughafen der Stadt und einer der f\u00fchrenden Luftverkehrsknotenpunkte in Asien. Am Flughafen angekommen ist es sinnvoll, direkt ein wenig Bargeld am ATM abzuheben, da du in der Stadt nicht \u00fcberall mit Karte zahlen kannst. Wer mag, kann sich am Flughafen direkt noch eine SIM-Karte holen, wir sind jedoch auch ohne gut zurechtgekommen.<\/p><p><b>Wie kommt man nun am besten in die Stadt?<\/b><\/p><p>Wie an jedem gro\u00dfen Flughafen gibt es verschiedene Wege, um in das Stadtzentrum zu gelangen. Wir hatten eigentlich vor, mit der\u00a0<strong style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">KLIA Ekspres <\/strong>oder dem<strong style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\"> KLIA Transit <\/strong>zu fahren. Der KLIA Ekspres<span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a0ist die schnellste M\u00f6glichkeit, um ins Stadtzentrum zu kommen. Die Fahrt vom KLIA nach KL Sentral, dem Hauptbahnhof in Kuala Lumpur, dauert nur etwa 28 Minuten. Der KLIA Transit ist\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00c4hnlich wie der KLIA Ekspres, aber mit mehreren Zwischenhalten, was die Fahrtzeit etwas verl\u00e4ngert.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Tickets k\u00f6nnen dort problemlos am Schalter gekauft werden. Da ein Ticket jedoch 50 MYR (10\u20ac p. P.) gekostet hat, haben wir uns dagegen entschieden. Wir haben uns ein Taxi per <strong>Grab<\/strong> (Pendant zu Uber) gerufen, was letztlich f\u00fcr die 1-st\u00fcndige Fahrt nur 62 MYR (12\u20ac) gekostet hat. Neben Grab gibt es nat\u00fcrlich noch herk\u00f6mmliche Taxis und sogar Busse, welche in die Innenstadt fahren.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-adccc12 e-flex e-con-boxed elementor-invisible e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"adccc12\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;slideInUp&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85bfaa6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"85bfaa6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Fortbewegung in Kuala Lumpur<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce8d79c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce8d79c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Um in Kuala Lumpur von A nach B zu kommen, ist die<b> Metro <\/b>ideal. Alles ist sehr gut ausgeschildert, sie f\u00e4hrt im 4-Minuten-Takt, ist sehr g\u00fcnstig und klimatisiert.<span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a0Das \u00f6ffentliche Verkehrssystem in Kuala Lumpur umfasst verschiedene Arten von Bahnverbindungen, darunter die LRT (Light Rail Transit), MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) und Monorail.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Die Bahnh\u00f6fe sind gut ausgeschildert und bieten Karten und Fahrpl\u00e4ne in Englisch und Malaiisch. In der Stadt sind alle Einkaufszentren, Gesch\u00e4ftsviertel und Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten sehr gut angebunden, sodass du auf ein Taxi gut verzichten kannst. Du solltest nur die\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Hauptverkehrszeiten am fr\u00fchen Morgen und sp\u00e4ten Nachmittag vermeiden, da die Z\u00fcge dann besonders voll sein k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Insgesamt bietet die Metro eine schnelle und preiswerte Alternative zu Taxis, insbesondere w\u00e4hrend der Sto\u00dfzeiten, wenn der Stra\u00dfenverkehr besonders dicht sein kann. Pro Metrofahrt haben wir zwischen 0,25 \u20ac bis 1 \u20ac pro Person gezahlt.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9e2421 Sie\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">sind sch\u00e4tzungsweise <strong>400 Millionen Jahre<\/strong> alt und entstanden durch nat\u00fcrliche Erosion von Kalkstein und bilden ein eindrucksvolles Netzwerk aus G\u00e4ngen und Kavernen. Entdeckt wurden sie im sp\u00e4ten 19. Jahrhundert von amerikanischen und britischen Naturforschern. Die\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Temple Cave <\/strong><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">ist die gr\u00f6\u00dfte und bekannteste H\u00f6hle, welche nur \u00fcber eine eine beeindruckende, bunt bemalte Treppe mit<strong> 272 Stufen<\/strong> zu erreichen ist. Das klingt gar nicht so viel, trotzdem kann der Aufstieg gerade um die Mittagszeit sehr anstrengend sein. Also gutes Schuhwerk und ausreichend Wasser nicht vergessen. Oben angekommen, kannst du dich in der H\u00f6hle etwas abk\u00fchlen und dir mehrere hinduistische Schreine ansehen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Die Batu Caves befinden sich ein wenig au\u00dferhalb der Innenstadt, ca. 13 km n\u00f6rdlich von Kuala Lumpur. Sie sind durch die Metro aber sehr gut angebunden, wodurch die Anreise hier kein Problem ist. Die Batu Caves sind t\u00e4glich ge\u00f6ffnet, werden jedoch ab 9 Uhr morgens recht voll. Fr\u00fch aufstehen kann sich hier deshalb sehr lohnen.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Der Eintritt zu den Hauptbereichen der Batu Caves ist kostenlos.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Wichtig:<\/b> Da es sich hier um ein hinduistisches Bauwerk handelt, sollte man als Besucher angemessen gekleidet sein. Schultern und Knie sollten mit langer Kleidung abgedeckt sein, sonst darf man die H\u00f6hlen nicht betreten. Au\u00dferdem solltest du keine Speisen sichtbar mit dir herumtragen, da es dort sehr viele Affen gibt, die inzwischen keinerlei Scheu mehr haben und Menschen ohne Probleme anspringen und das Essen J<span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">eder Turm hat 88 Stockwerke und auf den Ebenen 41 und 42 verbindet eine zweist\u00f6ckige\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Skybridge die beiden T\u00fcrme. Sie bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht und dient gleichzeitig als Sicherheits- und Evakuierungsroute.<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a0Besonders nachts wirken die T\u00fcrme durch ihre silbrige Beleuchtung einfach spektakul\u00e4r. In den T\u00fcrmen befindet sich neben zahlreichen B\u00fcros auch eine gro\u00dfe Luxusmall, die<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a0Suria KLCC, mit einer Vielzahl von Gesch\u00e4ften und Restaurants. Wir hatten vor unserer Anreise keine hohen Erwartungen an diese Stadt und waren deshalb umso mehr beeindruckt. Singapur ist unsere absolute Lieblingsstadt und wir waren sehr \u00fcberrascht, wie viele \u00c4hnlichkeiten Kuala Lumpur mit Singapur hat, nur ist hier alles soo viel g\u00fcnstiger.
