Jakarta ist die Hauptstadt Indonesiens und mit Sicherheit sehr aufregend, jedoch hatten wir nach Tokio erst einmal genug von Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dten und sind deswegen direkt in ein zweites Flugzeug eingestiegen, das uns nach <b>Malang<\/b> gebracht hat. Bevor es mit dem Reisebericht weitergeht, m\u00f6chte ich noch kurz erw\u00e4hnen, dass man alternativ von Jakarta auch erst einmal mit dem Zug nach <b>Yogyakarta<\/b>\u00a0fahren kann. Dort gibt es n\u00e4mlich zwei sehr bekannte Tempel, den <b>Borobudur<\/b> und <b>Prambanan<\/b>. Der Borobudur ist ein gigantisches buddhistisches Bauwerk aus dem 9. Jahrhundert, besser gesagt der weltweit gr\u00f6\u00dfte Tempel seiner Art und steht auf der UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe-Liste.\u00a0<span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Der nahegelegene Prambanan-Tempelkomplex ist ein beeindruckender hinduistischer Tempel, welcher f\u00fcr seine filigranen Schnitzereien und imposanten T\u00fcrme bekannt ist. Uns waren die Eintrittspreise von je 25\u20ac p. P. pro Tempel einfach zu teuer und der &#8222;Umweg&#8220; zu anstrengend, weshalb wir direkt nach Malang gereist sind.<\/span><\/p><p><u>Gut zu wissen<\/u>: In Malang angekommen, wollten wir uns am Flughafen mit der Grab-App ein Taxi rufen, jedoch ist der Flughafen f\u00fcr Grab-Fahrer nicht zug\u00e4nglich. Deshalb sind wir zu Fu\u00df ca. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen in Richtung Stadt gelaufen und haben uns dann von dort aus ein Grab gerufen. Tats\u00e4chlich hatten wir keine hohen Erwartungen an diese Unterkunft und wurden deshalb sehr positiv \u00fcberrascht. Das Hostel war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft war auch perfekt, da sie nur etwa 8 Minuten zu Fu\u00df vom Bahnhof entfernt liegt. In den Stra\u00dfen drumherum gibt es viele Warungs und Caf\u00e9s und im Hostel selbst kann man ebenfalls f\u00fcr sehr g\u00fcnstige Preise Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, Mittag- und Abendessen bekommen. Besonders gefallen haben uns auch die frischen Smoothies und Milchshakes. Nachts herrschen dort meist nur wenige Grad und in Kombination mit dem Wind kann es wirklich unangenehm werden, wenn man nicht darauf vorbereitet ist. Generell kann das Wetter am Bromo stark variieren: k\u00fchle Temperaturen nachts und in den Morgenstunden sowie hei\u00dfe Temperaturen ab dem Mittag. Also empfiehlt sich hier auf jeden Fall d<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">icke Socken, Schal und eventuell sogar Handschuhe, wenn man zum Sonnenaufgang anreist. Au\u00dferdem sind <strong>Schichten<\/strong> sehr von Vorteil! <\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Eine leichte, lang\u00e4rmelige Basisschicht, gefolgt von einem w\u00e4rmenden Pullover oder einer Fleecejacke. L<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">ange Hosen w\u00fcrde ich auch definitiv empfehlen, um sich vor der K\u00e4lte am fr\u00fchen Morgen und vor der Sonne sp\u00e4ter am Tag zu sch\u00fctzen. Auch\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\"><strong>robuste Schuhe<\/strong> sind unerl\u00e4sslich, da der Untergrund dort sehr rutschig und uneben ist. Rund um den Bromo gibt es kaum schattige Pl\u00e4tze und die Sonne knallt auch schon vormittags erbarmungslos, weshalb du dich gut vor der Sonne sch\u00fctzen solltest. <\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Eine <strong>Sonnenbrille<\/strong>,<strong> Kopfbedeckung<\/strong> und <strong>Sonnencreme<\/strong> sollten deshalb nicht fehlen!\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Ein weiterer Punkt: du wirst richtig dreckig! Der Bromo ist umgeben von Staub und Sand. Der Startpunkt ist oft Malang, Surabaya oder Probolinggo. Typisch f\u00fcr diese Touren ist, dass man in den fr\u00fchen Morgenstunden abgeholt wird und dann von einem Aussichtspunkt den Sonnenaufgang \u00fcber dem Mount Bromo bestaunt. Nach dem Sonnenaufgang wird man dann zum Kraterrand gefahren und anschlie\u00dfend nach Hause gebracht. Der\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Vorteil der gef\u00fchrten Tour: eine entspannte Anreise und du musst dich um nichts k\u00fcmmern. Der\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Nachteil: solche Touren sind meist kostenintensiv und gef\u00fchlt <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">alle<\/span> machen diese Tour, also musst du dir den Aussichtspunkt und Vulkankrater mit hunderten Touristen teilen. Auf dieses\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00fcberf\u00fcllte Gedr\u00e4nge<\/strong><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a0hatten wir ehrlich gesagt \u00fcberhaupt keine Lust und<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a0haben uns deshalb dazu entschieden, die <\/span><b style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Anreise auf eigene Faust<\/b><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\"> von <\/span><b style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Malang<\/b><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\"> aus zu starten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Wir haben uns einen Roller mit 160 cc gemietet (sehr wichtig, da man f\u00fcr diese Strecke einen Roller mit viel Power braucht) und sind gegen 8 Uhr morgens entspannt losgefahren. Den Sonnenaufgang \u00fcber dem Bromo zu sehen, war uns nicht so wichtig. Wir wollten lieber genug Schlaf bekommen und erst dann im Nationalpark sein, wenn die meisten Touristen bereits abgereist sind. Die Fahrt hat ungef\u00e4hr <\/span><b style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">2 Stunden<\/b><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\"> gedauert und hatte es absolut in sich! Navigiert hatten wir dieses Mal per <\/span><b style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Google Maps<\/b><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">, da wir eine lokale Telkomsel-SIM-Karte hatten. Die Strecke zum Bromo war nicht leicht und ist unserer Meinung nach nicht f\u00fcr Fahranf\u00e4nger geeignet! Wir haben noch nie zuvor so <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">steile Stra\u00dfen<\/span> gesehen. Es ging steil bergauf und gef\u00fchlt senkrecht wieder nach unten. Mit der Zeit wurden die Temperaturen immer k\u00fchler, sodass auch wir unsere dicken Jacken anziehen mussten, um nicht zu frieren. Google Maps hat zwischendurch versagt und uns einen falschen Weg entlanggef\u00fchrt, wodurch wir uns ein paar Minuten durch schwarzen Sand, fernab der normalen Stra\u00dfe k\u00e4mpfen mussten und schlie\u00dflich umdrehen mussten, um wieder auf den richtigen Weg zu kommen. Nach der anstrengenden Fahrt sind wir dann am Ticketoffice des Nationalparks angekommen und haben<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a02\u00a0Tickets bzw. Eintrittskarten f\u00fcr knapp 14 \u20ac p. P. (<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">220.000 IDR) gekauft. Dann ging es f\u00fcr uns auch schon zum bekanntesten Aussichtspunkt des Nationalparks, den <strong>King Kong Hill<\/strong>. Tats\u00e4chlich waren wir dort die Einzigen! Wir hatten die ganze Aussichtsplattform f\u00fcr uns allein und konnten den Mount Bromo zum ersten Mal bestaunen. und wollten zum Kraterrand des Bromos. Unten angekommen, lag schlie\u00dflich eine breite,\u00a0<strong>schwarze Sandw\u00fcste<\/strong> vor uns. Wir wurden von einem Einheimischen angesprochen und gefragt, ob wir unseren Roller dort parken und uns von ihm zum Bromo fahren lassen wollen. Wir haben uns allerdings nichts dabei gedacht und haben dankend abgelehnt, da wir dachten, dass wir die 5 km bis zum Kraterrand easy selber fahren k\u00f6nnen. Also haben wir uns mit dem Roller schlie\u00dflich durch diese Sandw\u00fcste (Sea of Sands) gek\u00e4mpft und was soll ich sagen: es war der absolute Horror! Wir sind unz\u00e4hlige Male ausgerutscht, gest\u00fcrzt oder haben uns kurz festgefahren. Das Ende vom Lied war, dass wir den Roller eine Stunde durch den tiefen Sand geschoben haben, bis wir endlich am &#8222;Parkplatz&#8220; vom Mount Bromo angekommen sind. Was m\u00fcsst ihr tun, damit euch das nicht passiert? Parkt euren Roller am Rand der Sandw\u00fcste und lasst euch von dort mit <b>Crossr\u00e4dern<\/b> oder einem <b>Jeep<\/b>\u00a0zum Bromo fahren. Es erspart euch unendlich viele Probleme. Alternativ w\u00fcrde ich die <b>Anreise von Cemoro Lawang<\/b> aus empfehlen! Dort gibt es ganz viele Anbieter, die euch zum Bromo bringen. Man kann den Weg durch den Sand auch auf Pferden reiten, allerdings wollten wir das nicht unterst\u00fctzen. Am Bromo selbst gibt es keinen Schatten und die Hitze knallt dort ordentlich, weshalb du dich gut vor der Sonne sch\u00fctzen solltest. Durch die Kombination aus Hitze und tiefem Sand ist der relativ kurze Weg zum Bromo trotzdem wahnsinnig anstrengend.\u00a0Die letzten Meter rauf auf den\u00a0<strong>Kraterrand<\/strong>\u00a0mussten wir \u00fcber eine recht steile Treppe bew\u00e4ltigen.\u00a0Als wir dann ersch\u00f6pft am Bromo angekommen sind, waren wir tats\u00e4chlich sprachlos! Was f\u00fcr ein Vulkan! F\u00fcr uns war es der Erste, den wir je bestiegen hatten und es h\u00e4tte kaum beeindruckender sein k\u00f6nnen. Der Krater ist riesig! \u00dcberall steigen <b>Schwefeld\u00e4mpfe<\/b> auf. Du siehst die D\u00e4mpfe, riechst das Schwefeldioxid und h\u00f6rst das Brodeln des Bromos, denn er ist <u>richtig laut<\/u>! Wir hatten das Gef\u00fchl, dass er jeden Moment ausbricht, aber das war nat\u00fcrlich nicht der Fall. Der Begriff, <b>aktiver Vulkan <\/b>trifft hier voll und ganz zu! Die Aussicht in den Krater, die Ger\u00e4uschkulisse und die Tatsache, dass kaum Touristen dort waren \u2013 machten es zu einem unbeschreiblichen Dort wollten wir eigentlich \u00fcber eine Stra\u00dfe wieder zum King Kong Hill; jedoch war diese gerade gesperrt. Um nicht wieder durch den Sand zu m\u00fcssen, haben wir spontan entschlossen, nach Probolinggo zu fahren und dort eine Nacht zu verbringen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, lag in einer ruhigen Gegend, die Inhaber waren richtig freundlich und gekostet hat uns die Nacht im Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad 12 \u20ac (200.000 IDR). Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen ging es f\u00fcr uns von dort aus dann nach Malang zur\u00fcck, was noch einmal 2 Stunden gedauert hat. Du solltest jedoch schon Erfahrung im Fahren eines Rollers haben und ebenso vielleicht schon einmal auf Sand gefahren sein oder auf schwierigem Untergrund!\u00a0<span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">F\u00fcr uns war die Tour zum Bromo definitiv ein richtiges Abenteuer. Trotzdem m\u00f6chte ich unbedingt empfehlen, dass wenn du\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">von Malang aus startest, du deinen Roller nachdem du am King Kong Hill warst, einfach am Rand der Sandw\u00fcste parkst und dich von den Einheimischen zum Bromo hinbringen und wieder zur\u00fcckfahren l\u00e4sst! Urspr\u00fcnglich war Jodipan ein armes Viertel mit wenig Infrastruktur und vielen sozialen Herausforderungen. Die Idee, die H\u00e4user farbenfroh zu gestalten, kam von einer Gruppe von <b>Kunststudenten<\/b> der Universit\u00e4t Muhammadiyah Malang, die das Potenzial der Gegend erkannten und beschlossen, Farbe ins Spiel zu bringen, um das Leben der Gemeinschaft zu verbessern und Touristen anzuziehen.\u00a0<span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Jedes Haus ist in leuchtenden Farben gestrichen, von Pink und Blau \u00fcber Gr\u00fcn und Gelb bis hin zu Rot und Orange. Das ist sch\u00f6n anzusehen und verleiht dem Dorf eine fr\u00f6hliche und positive Atmosph\u00e4re.<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">\u00a0Um das Stadtviertel in Ruhe zu besichtigen, solltest du etwa eine Stunde einplanen.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Das ist genug Zeit um\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">durch die Gassen zu schlendern, die Kunstwerke zu bewundern und um vielleicht mit den Einheimischen ins Gespr\u00e4ch zu kommen. Es gibt auch zahlreiche Wandgem\u00e4lde und Stra\u00dfenkunstwerke zu entdecken, die Geschichten aus dem Alltagsleben erz\u00e4hlen und einen tieferen Einblick in die Kultur der Gemeinschaft Die Stra\u00dfen sind gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils in gutem Zustand, jedoch herrscht gerade in den Ortschaften viel Verkehr, weshalb man da sehr vorsichtig fahren sollte. <\/span><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">In den letzten 30 Minuten der Strecke, wird die Stra\u00dfe enger und kurviger. angekommen. Das ist allerdings nicht der typische Aussichtspunkt, den die meisten Touristen besuchen. Da aufgrund starker Regenf\u00e4lle eine Br\u00fccke eingest\u00fcrzt ist, ist die \u00fcbliche Strecke (Stand Oktober 2023) zum <u>Hauptaussichtspunkt Tumpak Sewu<\/u> noch nicht befahrbar und man m\u00fcsste von dort noch einen gewaltigen Umweg (bedeutet 2 weitere Stunden Fahrzeit!) fahren, um zum &#8222;richtigen Viewpoint&#8220; zu kommen. <u>Wichtig:<\/u> nur von dort aus ist der Abstieg m\u00f6glich! Wer das wagen m\u00f6chte, dem w\u00fcrde ich definitiv eine \u00dcbernachtung in der N\u00e4he des Wasserfalls empfehlen. Wir wollten auch eine \u00dcbernachtung dort buchen, aber da wir sehr spontan geplant haben, waren die g\u00fcnstigen Unterk\u00fcnfte dort bereits ausgebucht. Deshalb haben wir uns dazu entschieden, den Wasserfall nur von der Aussichtsplattform zu bestaunen und den Abstieg wegzulassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Wenn man doch hinuntersteigen m\u00f6chte<\/u>:&nbsp;Der Abstieg zum Fu\u00df des Tumpak Sewu ist ein Abenteuer f\u00fcr sich. Der Pfad ist sehr steil und f\u00fchrt \u00fcber Seile und Leitern, durch kleine Fl\u00fcsse und \u00fcber rutschige Steine bergab. Es ist dringend empfohlen, festes Schuhwerk zu tragen und bei Bedarf einen lokalen F\u00fchrer zu engagieren. Der Abstieg dauert etwa 30 Minuten. Der Anblick von unten soll sehr spektakul\u00e4r sein. Dich erwarten unten au\u00dferdem noch ein paar weitere kleine Wasserf\u00e4lle und H\u00f6hlen. Bedenke nur, dass du durch den Spr\u00fchnebel des Wasserfalls definitiv nass werden wirst und deshalb deine Kamera ggf. in einem Drybag sch\u00fctzen
